Some non-U.S. customers have trouble changing the country selection if they are paying by
credit card.  If you are having trouble paying using the link we sent you, please click the picture
below.  You will be taken to PayPal, where you will be allowed to make a "donation."  This is not a
donation, but is a work around for an issue we have found with PayPal, where the regular invoice
does not allow a person to change the country from the U.S.  PayPal has no explanation for it,
and no fix.  We devised this method.  If this still doesn't work, please contact us.
